Customer Portal Controls CoreBOS 7? - mweaver - 03-09-2017 Hi All, After lots of work and some awesome assistance from Joe, I've got CoreBOS 7. One of the wrinkles is I can't find the controls for the Customer Portal. The used to be in CRM settings but I don't see them in there anywhere. I've looked in Modules and the module appears to be installed, but there's nothing in settings. I have a feeling I'm going to need to upgrade the Customer Portal, but without being able to control the settings it wouldn't do much good to get the latest copy. Any ideas? RE: Customer Portal Controls CoreBOS 7? - joebordes - 03-09-2017 Go to Settings > Module Manager > Customer Portal and click on the Settings Hammer icon, that should take you to the settings. Also you can add a menu entry to go directly to the module or directly type into the address bar: index.php?action=index&module=CustomerPortal RE: Customer Portal Controls CoreBOS 7? - joebordes - 03-09-2017 BTW, you should really have a look at this project: https://github.com/tsolucio/coreBOSMYCCP RE: Customer Portal Controls CoreBOS 7? - mweaver - 03-09-2017 (03-09-2017, 02:10 PM)joebordes Wrote: BTW, you should really have a look at this project: well, I downloaded a copy, put it on the server, set ownership and perms. When I put in the address it just sits there. nuttin but crickets... nothing in the error logs or access logs. kind weird. RE: Customer Portal Controls CoreBOS 7? - joebordes - 03-09-2017 Go into the configuration/ directory first to setup the access to your coreBOS |
