public filter - approved - issue with user editing

When filter is public, and already approved for admin

and user, editing again, any condition, system shows to admin with "approved" but system lost this condition.

for reestablish this condition, I means, as public, admin need click in "deny" and "approve" again ...

I think we just fixed this one. Now when you edit the filter is set to be approved again.
