I think is a good improvement, create a refresh or similar button in menu editor for removed modules is marked as inactive from menu

I know system shows module is inactive if this is selected but I think menu still poluted 

fixed with this commit: https://github.com/tsolucio/corebos/commit/3edb840b604e7111b10710864d8404fd1008efce

now inactive modules do not appear in the menu
