I created a workflow when opportunity is closed won, system created a new service contracts

problem is this new contracts, field created by not maintain a same user the my opportunity. System point Admin with a Created User

Field Created by not available to setting too

How I can solved that?

How I can add a field Created by fields available to setting in workflow?
