I tried it. What I see is that the birthday gets assigned the date of the conversion not the created date of the lead. Can you check your field mapping and share with us some screenshots of the configuration and the conversion result?

Sorry for delay
perhaps was my error because often i trasform lead to contact in the same day,
but if birthday is the date of the conversion , this will generate an error.
Try to make a lead, convert it to a contact, and will be ok, after press the edit button, fill in other field you need, press save and generate this error
Birthdate should be less than Current Date

I gave it a shot. What I see is that the birthday is assigned the date of the conversion rather than the date the lead was created. Could you please double-check your field mapping and send us some screenshots of the configuration and conversion result?snow rider 3d
