I cannot see 'Status' here...

Module Manager > Organizations > Layout Editor

But, I can here...

Settings > Fields Access > Organisations

It has a tick/check against it, but cannot be changed. What is it used for?

Hi Paul,


That status field is a "virtual" field that was added in vtiger CRM 5.3 (if I remember correctly) to define the status of a given organization inside a campaign. It isn't visible on the organization itself but on the related list of the organization and the campaign. See attached image.

Also, where I say "organization" in the paragraph above you can change it for "Lead" and "Contact" which also have the same relation.
