You can try vtiger's, specially a version compatible with 5.4, but I would recommend the one from CRMNOW:

Do you now if this CRMNOW add-on can sync contacts that are in your group, and not only sync contacts assigned to your user?

No, I'm sorry I don't use Outlook, nor any other microsoft product. I have no idea how it works.

I answer myself. The CRMNOW add-on comes with a server php file that enables this function. You have to replace the file in /soap directory in your server installation.
