I think great implementation in coreBOS admin can set globalvariables and menu editor to profile.

Example

Profile - Salesman - admin use a global variable to set default module and others

Profile - Marketing - admin can set a special menu ( with module in profile .. )

Today is necessary to set for user or for a group

I totally agree with this one. It is on our roadmap, and it won't be long
