If you try convert a ticket on FAQ thru a a ticket without a product selected previous

If you click in line ( field product ) and select them, system not get a product name in field

If you click on edit button and select a product - works ( only works in editing mode  )

On Ticket

If you try change or clean a product name, in line edition, same problem. Only you can change, if you click on edit button ( edit mode ).
