How I can get some reports about payments?

I need listed all financials records in Contacts in Paid/Not Paid status.

But when I try create a new report, system not shows Payments Module in Report Module

( shows, only at first screen ... )

Upload a screen shot please as I just tried with contact and it seems to work correctly.
