Hi

I'm not able to add organisation from mail manager.
Even its no showing any error.
How to fix this ?

I tried still not able to add organisation from Mail manager

How did you upgrade: you have to apply all recent changes, especially the service worker change: you should have your code under git control that makes it really easy.

If you just applied the change manually you could also try forcing javascript reload with SHIFT-R or SHIFT-F5, but the correct way is to keep you coreBOS install constantly up to date, we make changes almost every day.

Try that and let me know how it goes
