I wish select in custom view all tickets created from portal

I tried do the same default workflow, but this option not available in custom view

Testing with yes not working

Or portal not setting correctly this flag ...

Maybe myccp doesn't support that field
I think there any issue, because if not supported, workflow to sent a email not will worked too, right?

But system sent a email with each ticket opened in portal
Filter not working, but system know tickets is opened from portal, because workflows works normally. How I can know what flag workflows is using ?

I think the portal code is turned obsolete because is not updated with a new features

Example:

Date format is not respected as same in setting in user
Tickets are setting to account, not to a contact ( since portal access is given for the contact, only )
