Today, coreBOS, for normal user, not delete registry directly, but move to recycled bin.
I wish, translate, correctly in menu action for custom view
If normal user, shows "Trash" for admin, shows "Delete"

That would be the LNK_DELETE label in the main language file.
Note that the action is the same for all users. It is not different for admin users.
