I didn't executed coreBOS Updater.

Just check by pressing "Load updates" no new updates.

For 3 update the "Execution Status" is "Continuous"

You must "Load" and "Apply all". Try clicking on "Apply All" and see if it fixes the issue.

(Sorry for the answer in Spanish, I must have gotten interrupted...)

What is implication of it, can it break my crm?
Do I need in parallel to run git update?

It won't break the crm, it may change some behavior but you MUST do this every time you update to keep your database in sync with the code. In other words, after you update your code (git update) you MUST load and apply all changesets.

You can read about this functionality and how amazing it is in the blog: http://blog.corebos.org/en
