I try to execute several times
The output look fine (attach) but the status of field Execution Status is still Pending

the picklist changsets take a LONG time to finish. we have had very slow servers with a lot of information that took hours. Are you sure you are giving it time to finish?
Launch it, open another tab, open the Translation module and see if records are being created by reloading the list view a few times
