I think this resource is a good improvement, because in prospecting new client, each lead can be choose a better day and hour to receive a contact from salesman
and if integrated with a CRM is the better yet

My user suggest created a simple web interface and allows leads choose any hour in business day you want
And in CRM created a item in calendar as a follow up
I think is a good solution, and not add any cost additional
How I can implement that? any suggestion?
