In past, each call received or started from coreBOS created anew task in calendar.

we have not made any changes to this part of the code in a long time, activate debug log and debug it, maybe you added a mandatory custom field to the calendar records and asterisk doesn't know how to fill it in (for example)

after updated to new version, remove and redo a relation with contacts x tasks, and leads and tasks, thru layout editor to solve this
