yes, you should be able to match the records on smownerid (assigned_to), if that makes sense to your business logic

How I can formatted ( put milhar separator ) in sql report?
There another strange situation, at first time, I execute my sql report, system not uses filter condition, but when I clicked button "generate now" reports works right

the application can't format that number because it doesn't know that it is a currency number, that "field" doesn't exist in the application as it is a custom SQL report. You will have to format it in MySQL
