Is it possible to modify ticket comments history order :
I mean, to see the latest comment first and not older one
I hope someone could help me to do that.

try with this global variable: HelpDesk_Sort_Comments_ASC and let us know how it goes (set it to 0)

With HelpDesk_Sort_Comments_ASC = 0, it's exactly what I was looking for.
