I'm not even sure where one would find that. I've still got one that I used for VT5, but it doesn't appear to work with Outlook 2013. If you'd like to try it I can post it here; let me know.

The one released for vtiger CRM 5.4 should work and also the one released by CRMNOW (which is the one I recommend)
