When task not completed, in time, system send to user a email with Warning
I suggest, include a CRM ID in email body, so, this way, user will can click on link and rescue and complete this task ( more easy navigation ).

This email is defined in the "Send Reminder Template" system workflow and the default message has a link to the record.
Please check your template there and adjust accordingly to your needs.
If you think your template would fit the application as a better default template, please share it here and I will add it to the install process.

but at Notify when a task is delayed beyond 24 hrs, Delayed Task Notification
don't has a link, I will changed it
