Both methods send me to a screen for alter all itens in profile.
I wish change a description and profile name.
How is a correct way?

Click on the profile name. This takes you to the Detail view of the profile, NOT the edit view, which is where the first icon takes you.
On the detail view page there is a "Rename" button that will permit you to edit the name and description.
