There any way, to import a spreadsheet in CSV with various comments into a contacts, and preserve a origin date for each event?

This is directly supported by the coreBOS import system. If you import a "createdtime" and/or a "creator" column and assign them correctly, coreBOS will understand that these records should be assigned the values in the CSV.
In other words, simply import your CSV and it will work.
