When you have a lot of users, not so easy to find and alter a single user
Today not exists any search field

Hi rslemer,
It's true. In my case I have solved this by structuring users by role. This way, by listing the roles I can quickly access each of the users.

I agree with you. Somewhere in the future it would be nice to have a search/filter option in the users. Kapsule's solution is a good one, but still, would be nice.
