[solved] quick create - issue - exhibit blank screen

When I try create a new opportunity for a new contact ( in same operation ) system shows a blank screen

But contact is created ...

Simulated in demo online

Click in opportunity, button ( + )
click in relation to a contact ( button + )
At pop up, click in create again ..
After enter a mandatory fields, click in save button

Now system not return to a opportunity, but shows a blank screen
