This variable is a Global Variable or a older variable in config file?

Global Variable. All the important configuration settings have been moved to GVs. Look in the config.template.php file to see the variables that will remain in the config.inc.php file and adapt your config.inc,php accordingly

is a unique (centralized) code?

because this error only occurs, when workflow alert (workflows is too long ..)

I added the user ID in case there is no current_user, update and let me know if there is any difference
