Issue - screen shows fields duplicate

After update, all user, not assigned with admin, shows all fields duplicated

I try redo a profile, erase all templates_c files, but problem not solve

How did you update?

Does that happen on all modules?

[ Solved ]

User was assigned a two defaults profiles, support and sales

I created a new profile, and changed user to this new profile.
