Is possible create a workflow to sum number of tickets for each account?
I wish a counter for
total number of tickets
total number of opened tickets
total number of hours use for solved r all tickts in determined period, for example in current month
My ideia is :
if client has more the xx tickets opened in month, give to us a special theretament
