Help for blocked access from IE

someone has succeeded or might suggest a way to block access by Intenet explorer or Edge that are not compatible with coreBOS

I'm experiencing a problem that some users enter through this platform and generate inconsistent records

I tried to block by .htaccess plus the problems is that many browsers return as Mozilla .. even though it is not ...
