Is possible use a Global Variables to define default home page widgets for user?

Using a profile, group or any other data ?

Is possible block changes too?

At filters is possible ( and block) user created a new filter and set default filter for each modules?

No, you can't define default home widgets for existing users but you can for new users using a field mapping business rule named User2User

Yes, you can block changes globally using Record Access Control business mapping

No, there is no control over the filters, but the default filter is already per user, no?

Yes, it is, each user can select and change yours filter.

I wish same home/dashboard and filter, for all sales users, for example.
