Doubt - User acess user adit trail
my user did not have access "User Adit Trail"

I changed your profile to allowed this option

But when user click on "History" nothing to do. System not shows pop up with changes, and do nothing.

Audit Trail is an extension, as such, it is accessed through a menu option or directly typing the URL (cbAuditTrail)

ModTracker (history tracker) should show normally I think, at least I just tried it and it seemed to work. Check if you have some error in the apache or browser logs
