Fresno residents are well-aware of the Fresno topography survey that was completed in the year 1992. This study has been utilized by Fresno residents for more than two decades to help them find the ideal locations for communities, parks, housing projects, commercial development and natural gas stations with low sulfur content in Fresno. Like you may know, Fresno is always the center of some controversy at the time of its inception, because the region was predominantly populated by African-Americans. An Fresno topographic survey conducted over the last few years revealed that the racial makeup of the city has changed more like that of Cleveland instead of Fresno.
