Whether you are a kid or a grown-up, you'll just like it. In hip hop, much less time is spent on versatility, as it is not as necessary to most designs of hip hop being educated in dance workshops. There will still be some extending taking place, but the focus will not be on obtaining a complete split or a high kick. Rather, extending will certainly serve as a general warm up.
