If you’re looking for a good reliable practice and orthodontist in the Glasgow area, I would highly recommend Infinity Smiles and Dr George Campbell. The service I received from my very first appointment was excellent. Often when you go to a dentist or orthodontist you feel like you are rushed in and out as quickly as possible to get the next patient in, but this was not the case with Dr Campbell.
He took the time to listen to my concerns and what I was hoping to get from orthodontic treatment and answered my questions in an open and honest way. I felt that he was consistently caring and friendly at each appointment and was fully committed to ensuring the best outcome for my treatment.
I recently recommended Dr Campbell to my sister, as she was thinking about looking into orthodontic treatment for my nephew, and now he is about halfway through his treatment. Both my sister and nephew spoke very highly of Dr Campbell in terms of his personable and warm manner during appointments and also his impressive knowledge and experience in providing the best treatment for my nephew. We are already seeing the difference, not just in how his teeth look, but also in his confidence which is lovely to see and so important as he is going through his teenage years.
Through my own experience, I am so glad I went to see Dr Campbell. I’ve been concerned about the look of my teeth for a while, but even felt too embarrassed to see a specialist about it, but my self-esteem has been so low because of it, so I decided it was time to face my fear. Dr Campbell was brilliant, he made me feel at ease straight away and relaxed enough to speak openly about my teeth, which I haven’t really been able to do before. He was very clear about what options were available that would be most effective on my teeth, and he took me through my own personal treatment plan step by step, so I knew what to expect from the braces and what was required of me in maintaining them.
The treatment plan was very organised with regular check ups to see how I was progressing, and Dr Campbell was very attentive at every appointment as he understood how important this was for me. The price for my braces was also very reasonable considering how expensive orthodontic treatment tends to be. I feel that my entire experience with this company from start to finish was very positive. All the staff seem to strive for a high standard of care for their patients, and you can’t really ask for more than that.
Since my treatment finished, I have been blown away by the results. Dr Campbell completely exceeded my expectations. I am now really proud of my smile and never shy away from a camera on holiday. I have been keeping up with the aftercare to maintain my new teeth, and enjoy catching up with Dr Campbell at my check up appointments as it feels like going to see a friend.
I don’t write company reviews often, but I felt particularly strongly about this experience given how much of a positive impact the end result has had on my life. My newly found confidence has been commented on by a lot of my friends and family, and it is all thanks to Dr George Campbell and the rest of the team. He truly went the extra mile for me, and I have no doubt he is the same with all of his patients. It is clear he genuinely cares about making his patients happy and giving them a confident new smile.
