How I can list payments in PDF Maker ?

How I can add relation with services contracts and payments ?

I know we have a Max_Idle time for webservice through global variables, but how about for inside the normal application?

I wish two more informations, when I start any calls in coreBOS, when PBX integration is actived.

Today I have

Call From
Call To
Time of Call
Status

I want time end of call and duration, in minutes.

How I can get this informations ?

If I send email, with file attached, thru webmail ( inside ) a coreBOS, my user can download and view file, correctly

but if I, attach same file, thru an original Gmail interface ( for example ), my user cannot opened any attached file ( system always show an error, invalid file ).

When I setting my email server in SMTP Server Settings, system show OK

System sent a email with confirmation ( I see this message em my inbox )

But when I try send another emails, system show SMTP Connect failed ..

Cómo debo hacer para cambiar el psw del usuario con el que entro al php (root) y que no se rompa el CRM?
Cuando lo hago y quiero acceder al CRM me devuelve el siguiente mensaje de error:

Hay alguna manera de resetear la contraseña del root, desde fuera del CRM quiero decir.
La hemos olvidado y no podemos acceder como tal.
Y desde el phpmyadmin se podría?
