I need import a big spreasheet, with 25.000 itens, what solution is better, change cron frequency or change values of number lines import each time.

I means, without causes any problem for my system, of course ...

I wish the time for system send email is more short, is possible reduce cron frequency to 5 minutes, for example?

I tried to set some fields in payments for read only but system do not save my option

If I exclude access for the same fields, works, but If I click on padlock not works

Hello,

I want to add ServiceContracts module to the mobile interface.
Following the doc http://corebos.org/documentation/doku.php?id=en:mobileui:introduction#a_little_bit_of_history
I add Mobile_Related_Modules  Global Variable with those values:

Contacts,Potentials,HelpDesk,Documents,Timecontrol,ServiceContracts

But it not availabe on the mobile interface

When I tried editing many registry with mass edition button, and has a business map for validation a Lead Source ( I tested in Contacts ) system shows a validation error

But all registry already a valid value in lead source

How I can sharing access and maintain team concept

My situation is salesman only can see and editing contacts with assigned to is yours, I means assigned to yourself

Your supervisor, need access your team

But in some situation, supervisor, supervisor 1, supervisor 2 needs access all registrys ( include the others teams )

How I can configure that access?

Consultor comercial = salesman

I tried created a global variable for a specific role

For example, I set Application_DetailView_Inline_Edit - Value 0 - for sales man

I did that in online demo too

But system changes this for all users ( not only for a role selected )

What I do wrong?

We create a report for assets on a weekly basis. We actually create the report for accounts, and then show the related assets. We show a number of columns for assets, but I've noticed something I've never noticed before: if there are two assets for an account, and all the info in the columns that you choose to show on the report is the same only one asset shows up on the report. I solved this right now by adding the serial number to the report (which is always unique), but personally I believe the reporting system should not filter duplicates based on only the visible columns. Actually, it should not filter duplicates at all I think.

But the last 8 numbers always, correct

Problem is, aniversary date in coreBOS in format yyyy-mm-aaaa .. ( with year ), and in report or workflows, fuction "today" .. will not working for that
