Me gustaría saber si es posible que en la ficha del contacto, en la pestaña de más información, podamos modificar los modulos que se pueden ver, y si es posible que el modulo de eventos relacionado con ese contacto se pueda ver como opción, y que no encuentro la manera de que se vea el modulo eventos dentro de la pestaña más información del contacto. 1) When user need editing a exist report, system not return from BD, most of configuration

Example, not returned,

fields for classification - if report is type summary
not return the filters - standard filters
and not return sharing, too

2) Other problem, when schedule a job to sent a report, system not send in same time scheduled, respect only the day, but not a time.

3) Date field considerind date+time, stored with a format dd-mm-yy hh:mms that is a problem in report, because if you ask system to resume, generated a graph for day, system shows a graph considering each hour ( ? )

If user ask select a single day, system not find right registry, because report looks for data + time.

this algorithm allows to distribute and / or to balance the distribution of leads or tasks ( for example ... )

this functionality has been included in the latest versions of vTiger and is very interesting and gives great flexibility to the system

The idea is basically to distribute new leads and / or new tasks to a team in an automatic and balanced way

I leave here my suggestion to incorporate this functionality into coreBOS

I tried configure one mailbox, for all email Unread to created a new ticket for Support Group

But without success.

Even after scanned read completed, email still unread and ticket not created.

I created a rule with check only a 'To' for each message.

I do wrong?

coreBOS security error, try reloading page

What does this message mean?

How to prevent this?

I realise this isn't really a coreBOS issue per se, but maybe someone has an idea..

We've been getting a lot of timeouts on the click-to-dial in coreBOS. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm wondering what's timing out, since my asterisk server is on a different server.

I have a new SMTP server and tried do setting in my coreBOS

I config smtp server name and selected a TLS with Certificate Validantion

But not worked

In log, at debug active, system try do connect port 25 ( not correct in 587 / 465 for TLS protocol )

Port 25 ??

Server not accept port 25

I tried put a server_name:587, server_name:465 but still not working.

Always system sent server_name with port 25

There a issue when use a business process for validation field "Leadsource"

When I try modified another field, system show a error with Invalid Value at Leadsource.

But all registrys, already pass in BP validation ( thru single edition, line to line ).
