[ solved ] Ticket from Mail converter

I have a strange situation here

If ticket is opened from a mail scanner is marked "From Mail Converter = Yes"  that's ok

But when I editing any other field, in this ticket, for example, status = closed, system changed this flag to "Nothing" ...
