In setting, option scheduler not has a new button action in right top as others

because you cannot add scheduled tasks from the UI, you have to program them

I'm talking about this "action" button, but it actually allows you to navigate between the configuration options

ah, I understand. That is probably because you can access the scheduler as a normal user if you give them permission and they don't need to see that button
