Do we have a way to disable the helpdesk e-mails? - Guido1982 - 04-20-2017 I'd like to disable the default helpdesk notification e-mails and setup a more fine grain mailing system through workflows. Setting up the workflows is no problem, but can I disable the default helpdesk e-mails? I checked GlobalVariables, but I can only set the 'from' name and e-mail there. Think I found it. There was already a workflow for HelpDesk called: 'Workflow for Ticket Change, not from the Portal'. There are two tasks in there. Disabled them both.
