When i have a ticket in corebos and i want to respond to that ticket using email
the email is send to the customer but also to the account that has send the email.
for me it is enough that the customer gets the email and not the user who has send it through corebos.
because in corebos you can see the mail under contacts/tickets
is there a way to only send the email to the customer ?
