Related Opportunity and Contacts issue

Opportunity without a account, now system show many other relation ( opportunity and contacts ) wrong because in table there are a invalid situation

And for that module, opportunity, you can see a custom filter, withou a name too.

After user do that, how I can solve relations problem?

Filter is easy, admin can rename and after that remove ...
