I will able, create a new tab, from services contracts, for example, to show a relation with contacts, directly in new tab?

Or I need created a tab, with a contacts module, and user will click on contacts,and only after that will show a contacts details?

I means, I wish a new tab, shows a contacts details, directly, is possible?

I understand that you want to see the contact detail view in a new tab. All the blocks and fields of the contact. If that is so, you would have to implement it in a special block inside the tab. There is even a block type that does not have the borders (CodeWithoutHeader), I would suggest using that one.
