in the same way that the value of forecast is an important indicator in a CRM system, the lifetime of an opportunity is also.

I suggest by deafult coreBOS calculate the lifetime of an opportunity from its opening to closing.

I would also like to know and control the number of days between each stage change.

How can I do this?

I added this as a pending task so you can at least see it on a per opportunity record but the correct way to do this is using an external reporting system like metabase, for example.
