Do we have any provisioning to limit the use of list view links to certain users, profiles or groups?

No, not yet. We are working on it. That is the Business Action module that will be activated in the near future

That all seems very nice, we're working more and more towards an application that is customizeable three digits behind the comma. Will try and get to my other posts as well, have been mega busy
