Error in converting Lead

The error occurs when I update the latest bug fixes, this error does not occur before.
When I convert Lead to Opportunity and Contact, there is an error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getDefault() on null in C:\xampp\htdocs\include\Webservices\Create.php on line 98
