Creating a SO from a Quote changes the Quote stage but no entry in quote stage change

When we create a salesorder from a quote, the salesorder changes the quote stage as well (I believe we can change that with a GV?). What does not happen (while I believe it should) is a new entry in the special related block 'quote stage changes'.

Yes, I agree it shouldn't be there but when it is (from a legacy standpunt), I believe we should make sure it functions as well as it can. It's always a pain to work on *$U#(*$ you feel should be discarded.
