Suggest - Adding new user

I suggest system setting for a default, for fields, in block 2 and 3 and others, like a date format, timezone with same value using in admin values ( id 1 )

That's way, users still can setting your preferences, but is much more easy, for admin, when create a new users.

You can duplicate users from the user list and if I remember correctly you can configure a field mapping business map to set the default values for user fields. So you can already do this.

And there any way to mass insert ? thru excel ( CSV ) or another way?
