Ranieri sent me an example CSV through direct email to avoid confidentiality issues.
I activated Comments on ServiceContracts in module manager and imported the CSV with no issues whatsoever. All the comments were related to the same SC in the CSV, so one new SC was created and all comments imported on that new record.

I am sorry Ranieri but as I have consistently repeated, the import process really "just works". I can not dedicate any more time to this issue.

The problem occurs, for me, if spreadsheet has two blank column, because in this cases, system moves all columns beside

If I remove this blank column, works fine.
