Filter - Test with assigned to

I created a filter with condition

Assigned to = "name of User" or
Assigned to = "name of User"

But if name and lastname of user is wrote in capital letters, system only listed with a test in capital letters too

In past, both in upper and lower case is allowed in this test

are you sure? we haven't changed anything there that I remember and MySQL by default does not distinguish the capitalization. Activate the debug list view query global variable and share the SQL
